On October 3, 2005, I wrote the initial entry for Project Portfolio Management in Wikipedia. Since then, that entry has seen a fair amount of activity, including some unusual back-and-forth debate about how it relates to Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT). There have been some nice additions and there has been some odd wrangling. It's also interesting to check out the discussion page for this entry. For my part, I see the relation to MPT as a loose one. There are simply too many factors that do n
