Reported by Miles Shepherd in London, UK. The UK will take part in the global development of secure nuclear energy. Business Secretary John Hutton announced in late February that the UK has accepted an invitation to join the Global Nuclear Energy Partnership (GNEP). Mr Hutton signed the agreement during a two day visit to Washington DC, where he also met with US energy companies to discuss
