Thushara’s Scrum project …
August 22, 2006 @ Controlling Chaos from feedback@controllingchaos.com (Dina Henry Scott, PMP)
Hi everyone - We have a listener and friend in Sri Lanka that has a great blog, Projectized, who recently wrote about a Scrum “practice” project (Easy Scrum -2) she did recently with her team. This is a great way to introduce Agile concepts to your team - using new concepts and a familiar product deliverable to illustrate how successful Agile methods, in Thushara’s case, Scrum, can be! It’s really a great blog entry and I had fun learning about Vesak Lanterns! Check it out when you have the time!
