Lazy Giveaway: last few days

Let me guess: you’re adopting Peter Taylor’s ‘lazy’ project management principles and not doing anything until you really have to.
Or you have done a forward pass and a backward pass through your tasks for this month using critical path method, and having calculated the float for each you realised that you could leave this until after the APM Conference, which is today.
