Alcatel-Lucent wins China Eastern Airlines contract

Under the contract, the company will provide its e-business IP-based solution that will improve CE's work efficiency and internal process management. It will provide OmniGenesys Contact Center to help CE upgrade its existing contact center system to an IP e-Business platform.
