IBM Systems Journal July 2007 - more ITSM architecture, finally
The current IBM Systems Journal is all about Service Management, including detailed architectural analysis of ITSM. Process, component, data architectures, finely detailed. Some marketing, but quite a bit of substance as well.
It's disappointing however that there is no discussion of how RUP fits into the picture. I also detected over-selling of CMDB discovery.
