DMTF and OMG announce partnership

Loading ...The Distributed Management Task Force and the Object Management Group will be collaborating to platform the DMTF standards on the OMG's metamodels.

This is big news, for those of you following this space. This is the clearest roadmap yet to a CMDB standard, and may well render the DCML effort moot.
