Continually review the execution of your program plans with all relevant parties. In addition to the SOX PMO team, be sure to include your public company accounting firm as well as any other ourside consultants. Like any other project, use your monitoring and controlling process to identifiy and communicate project issues and to approve any project change requests such as scope, schedule, and budget.
